The Galiano Golf Course is Hiring! 

Discover exciting opportunities at Galiano Golf Course, where we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team. Most hours will be days – the clubhouse is open10 am to 6 pm. We also occasionally host evening events so will require some evening availability. 

Clubhouse Manager: This is a new position at the Galiano Golf Course. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clubhouse, including the booking and organization of events, oversight of clubhouse staff and ensuring the clubhouse supplies are ordered and maintained. You will also perform regular clubhouse attendant duties.

Clubhouse Attendants: This is a part time position with flexible hours. 

Some of the duties of this position:

• Operate the POS system to enter green fees, membership fees, merchandise, as well as food and drink sales
• Maintain the rental equipment and make sure clubs, carts and other equipment is clean, organized and available for rental
• Prep and serve drinks and light foods
• Ensure the clubhouse and immediate area are kept clean and tidy
• Occasionally assist with evening events and dinners

As serving liquor as well as light foods prep and service are part of this position candidates will need to have (or be able to get) Serving it Right and Food Safe certificates.

We are looking for hardworking candidates preferably with some customer service experience but we are willing to work with the right candidate. You are the face of the Golf Course with members and guests. A friendly, welcoming and efficient demeanor is key.

Food Prep Positions:  As we increase our capacity to provide light meals we are looking for staff to prep food for simple lunches and snacks.  This position does not require a Serving it Right certificate so might be appropriate for a mature teen.
